To sign up for ACP you must have the following items:
Identify document (one of the following):
- US Driver's License
- Government ID: State ID, U.S. Military ID
- Passport (current from any country)
- Individual Taxpayer ID Number
- Matricula or Visa Consular Card
- Birth Certificate (any country) for the minor that is the Benefit Qualifying Person
Eligibility document (one of the following):
- Monthly statement from Medi-Cal, CalFresh, WIC, SSI
- Proof of participation in Free or Reduced School Lunch Program, CEP designated school
- Pell Grant Award Letter
- Proof of participation in a qualifying support program for Indigenous communities
